How To Order
When you've decided what you're after, simply collect the information about items, quantities and sizes/formats together and email it to me at rob@robottourist.com. Don't forget to include any requests, customisations or discounts.
I'll confirm your order's availability, estimated delivery, and the total price. If you're happy with that, all you have to do is send payment. I can accept PayPal, bank transfer or cheque/P.O. via post.
If you're not familiar with PayPal, it is a secure and proven method of paying for things online. You can use any credit or debit card in a simple and easy way. The moment you pay, the moment the payment is received, and so your order can be processed extremely quickly.
Once payment is received, your order will be sent off for printing on the same day. As soon as it returns from the printers, it will be immediately checked and despatched to you.

Prints - Information

Most photos on this site are available as prints. Both glossy or satin matt finishes are available. The availability and maximum size is listed below the image on this site.
Prices are listed opposite, and include VAT & delivery. Please note that not all images are standard sizes. Where near to the ratio, they will be trimmed to match. Where significantly different - for instance, very wide shots - a different price may apply.
The photos are printed by a professional laboratory. Estimated delivery time is 7 working days, but this may vary. They are delivered either flat or in tubes, depending on size.

Guarantees

Prints are produced onto Fuji Crystal Archive paper. This is guaranteed to show no signs of fade for over 60 years. Safe delivery is also assured; if your prints are damaged in transit, simply return them and you will be refunded.
Above all else, your satisfaction and feedback is vital. That's why if you're not 100% happy with the finished product, you can return it and receive either a refund or a replacement. |
Canvas
|
For an unique centrepiece, why not order it on canvas? This 3D flush-mounting wallboard is a novel way to display photos. Your archival photographic print will be wrap-mounted around a solid MDF panel and laminated with your choice of texture to create a 20mm or 45mm deep display block.

Full resolution digital originals, currently up to 3000x2000, are available for licensing. Please contact me for further information. |
Custom Work
|
Everyone has different tastes. If you see something you like the look of, but fancy something slightly different - for instance, a black and white version - then it's very likely
possible! Equally there's no reason to be bound by these formats and sizes. Custom prints and other work is available
for either the usual price or a small extra fee.
